Online registration is available for participants intending to attend AIAAROCON 2026. Participants are advised to carefully review the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy before proceeding with registration.
The Organizing Committee / Merchant shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to the decline of authorization of any transaction, including instances where the cardholder has exceeded the preset transaction limit mutually agreed upon with the acquiring bank from time to time.
Registration will be considered confirmed only after successful submission of the registration form and completion of applicable payment, wherever required.
