All cancellation requests must be communicated to the Secretariat in writing via email at registration@aiaarocon2026.com.
The Secretariat reserves the right to review and approve all cancellation requests, including the applicable refund amount.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days after the conclusion of AIAAROCON 2026.
